Q: Which one of PPC’s cleaning services is best for me?
A: Depending on whether you’re in a flat or a house will determine which method is best. If most of your windows are nearer the ground then the traditional way would be better.
Q: Why are my windows left wet after being sprayed with the water-fed pole?
A: We use 100% purified water which means the spots will soon dry clear.
Q: Why have I got little spots of dirt left on the window after the window cleaner had been?
A: This means the operator has not rinsed the windows properly and removed all the dirt. Give us a call and we’ll pop straight back
Q: I would like to get my window frames cleaned along with my windows…
A: If you use the water-fed pole system then they will be cleaned every time, if you have traditional cleaning then just ask the operator and he’ll be happy to help.
Q: I’m often at work in the day and my back gate is locked…
A: You can either leave us with a key or prearrange an appointment for an operator to call. We often give you a call the day before to let you know were coming, giving you the chance to leave a gate open for the day.
Q: I hardly ever see my window cleaner – how can I pay?
A: You can either pay via our online payment system, send the money to us or an operator will be round in the evening.
