Roof Cleaning
PPC are now able to offer roof cleaning as another cost effective service we can deliver in house. The build up of moss can be a real nuisance as well as looking unsightly on the roof of any property. It doesn’t generally cause damage, but can quickly fill up guttering which can be the cause of problems including leaks and wood rot.
Using a specially designed scraper blade attached to the end of one of our carbon fibre poles, our operatives can quickly and effectively scrape away the unwanted build up of moss that’s usually found growing on the north facing sides of the roof. With 12 different style scraping heads we are able to clean the majority of roof tiles found across the UK, along with providing a Biocide cleaning treatment afterwards to kill the spores and stop any further growth. The treatment will last several years before needing to be done again.
