Selling your whole business
We have bought several lots of window cleaning work in various different locations over the course of our 17 years in business. As a general rule of thumb we normally pay up to three times the value of the work we are buying but this is dependent on several factors, with the most important being:
- Where the work is and how well is it grouped together
- How well established is the work
- How good are the customer details in the client base
If the answers are what we are looking for then we will happily pay three times the value of the work, and sometimes up to four times for well-established and commercial contracts.

After originally looking at franchising our company back in 2014 we decided that this was not going to work for us and found a much better strategy to partner with other business to allow them to grow under our brand and infrastructure, without being tied into a one sided franchise agreement.
